Yes, NFT selling is legal in Pakistan. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has issued a clarification stating that the sale and purchase of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) is legal in the country.
The clarification was issued in response to an inquiry from a citizen who had asked if the purchase and sale of NFTs was permissible under Pakistani law. In its response, NAB stated that there are no laws prohibiting the trade or purchase of NFTs in Pakistan.
